Leclercq et al. (2002)

A coral community comprised of coral sand and calcareous live rock on which were growing various reef organisms, mostly scleractinian corals, sea anemones, and calcareous red algae growing in a 155-L aquarium. Seawater was bubbled with pure CO2 to adjust the pCO2 concentration. Incubations of 1-3 h in duration were performed at various times of the light and dark period. Net community primary production was measured.
